Appointments

We run all our surgeries by an appointment only system. Appointments can be booked by telephoning the surgery, booking online or in person at the front desk.

Appointments are 15 minutes long, one appointment for one problem, if you have a number of problems you wish to discuss then ask reception to book you a double appointment.

If you need a same day appointment please phone as early as you can. If you need to be seen urgently you will be offered an appointment, but please do so only if your problem cannot wait until the next appointment offered to you. We try to make sure you see the doctor of your choice but if they are not available we may ask you to see another doctor. If you have a particular request please make sure our receptionists are aware of it when you arrive.

If you are too ill to come to the surgery and you require a visit at home, please call the surgery before 10am on 01245 421205. Home visits take up much more of a doctor’s time than a consultation in the surgery, so if you are mobile please come into the surgery to be seen.

We have a number of health professionals available at the surgery, physiotherapists, paramedics, pharmacists, mental health nurse, health and well being coach and social prescribers. To access these you may not need an appointment with the GP first, please ask at reception.

GP surgery times

We have GP appointments available at the surgery every week day from 8:00am-18:30pm.

If you feel you need to be seen urgently then you will be seen by the duty doctor, if you would like to see a specific doctor then you will be given the next available appointment.

Drs Wilson, Sodha, Savici and Clouth work three days a week

Drs Kumarakulasingham and Bradford work four days a week.
